With a smile!
Just a short while ago we came across a local company called Newark Embroidery Sent an email thinking another wast of time. Surprise! Surprise! Steve got back later that day we told him what we wanted and he said” he was not sure if he could do the embroidery on the back of the caps”, he would get in touch once he had experimented. The following day he emailed saying it was possible. Brilliant at last a “can do” company. We placed an order, I’m very pleased to say that it’s a great job and only too happy to spread the word.
So if you need something that’s a bit out of the ordinary then Newark Embroidery is the place.
Yes! at last the hats and fleece’s are in.
Fleece’s? We decided to go the whole hog and get some warm jackets for the cooler months. We are very pleased with the quality of the garment’s. We hope you will be as well.
Go to the web site’s news page for pictures and prices.
Yes! We have finally found someone to produce some baseball hats with our logo on. Three great styles chosen. Not long now to wait. Keep an eye on our news page for details. We can’t wait!
Over the last few months we have looked for someone to produce some baseball hats with our logo on.
You would have thought this would have been easy! No, not a bit of it! We have contacted a number of companies that have failed to get back in touch. Why have email if you are going to ignore it? Better still, tell people phoning is the best way to contact you and stop wasting our time!
I went to a local business in person, leaving my card and what I was looking for; they said ” We will ring you tomorrow.” Still waiting! If you say your going to do something then keep your word! If you don’t want to phone then email, it could not be simpler. Personally I think it is better to say you do not want to do it. Silence shows a lack of respect for a potential customer it also means that customer is lost to you for any future orders!
